Bulletproof, an innovative and expanding Cyber Security specialist, is looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our team. With a background in HR, we are looking for an experienced HR/People professional to play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Pivotal to the role is actively supporting employees and Managers across a broad range of HR and Recruitment related areas, and our People Advisor will also become heavily involved in Learning and Development initiatives alongside developing and improving our Policies and Processes. Given the nature of the position, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment within a broad HR role and can handle multiple workloads at the same time in a confident and self-assured manner. An overview of the main duties has been provided below. Please note, this role will be hybrid in nature. Main Duties: Provide HR advice to stakeholders across a broad array of areas; Act as a colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy; Develop and implement People processes and policies; Manage ER policies, procedures and workload as well as L&D projects; Document and process new starters, leavers, promotions and other changes to employment conditions; Support our recruitment activity, including our Early Careers programmes; Manage the onboarding process for new team members; Implement and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including company recognition programmes; Manage employee benefits administration; Support the implementation of talent development activities; Manage, collect, and present People data in a impactful and user-friendly manner; Stay up to date with People/HR trends and suggest new initiatives, improvements and best practices where applicable; Manage the employee visa procurement process. Experience and Skillset required: Previous experience in a People or HR Advisor role is essential; a CIPD, or HR-related, qualification is highly desirable; The ability to handle confidential data and sensitive information with empathy and discretion; The ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust with both employees and external stakeholders; Passionate in ensuring great candidate and employee experience; Excellent organisational skills, able to set own priorities and reschedule work in a changing environment and with multiple demands and competing priorities; Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems; Experience with (phone, video, and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation; Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines; Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail; Pro-active and enthusiastic with a can do attitude to problem-solving and ad-hoc projects alongside normal day-to-day workloads; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player; Willingness to learn
